Formulation of nanocarriers for drugs and contrast agents
The main scope of this PhD project is the development of innovative nanocarriers suitably formulated in order to allow the in vivo visualization of drug delivery and drug release using Magnetic Resonance Imaging. For this reason the nanocarriers will bedesigned to be sensitive to endogenous stimuli such as pH and enzymatic activity or to external applied stimuli such as temperature ,ultrasound, light photons, that can trigger drug release
